Dr. Jean Keamy

Dr. Jean Keamy

Co-Founder

For over 25 years, Dr. Jean Keamy has been guiding people toward greater confidence and self-expression. Though her credentials are impressive—Princeton alumna (B.A. in Molecular Biology), M.D. from SUNY Brooklyn, and M.B.A. from NYU Stern—her true passion lies in helping people feel more empowered, authentic, and alive in their own skin.

Jean knows what it’s like to struggle with self-image. Her own journey taught her that confidence doesn’t come from perfection, but from embracing authenticity and expressing oneself fully—whether through style, presence, or aesthetic choices. She sees clothing, makeup, procedures, and even the smallest gestures of self-expression as ways of communicating who we are and stepping more powerfully into the world.

Her artistry behind the camera sharpened her eye for proportion and beauty, while years of cosmetic medicine taught her the subtleties of transformation. As a certified life coach, she draws these threads together to help her clients feel not only more attractive, but also more confident, radiant, and—even if they’ve forgotten how—sexy in their own right.

Inspired by this vision, Dr. Keamy co-founded the company as a space where medicine, artistry, and coaching intersect—to help people step into their truest, most confident selves.

The Retreat Flow

An intentionally paced journey from stillness to celebration.

1:30 – 1:45 PM | Arrival Ritual

We begin with intentional grounding. Participants are invited to set a private intention and clarify what they are ready to step into. This is a moment to frame confidence as an internal alignment rather than a public performance.

1:45 – 2:30 PM | Pillar I: Mindset

An exploration of the architecture of self-talk and inherited beliefs. We work on rewriting internal narratives and anchoring practices that support expansion in daily life.

2:40 – 3:25 PM | Pillar II: Style

Translating inner evolution into outer presentation. We examine the gap between how we feel and how we show up, designing an intentional shift in how we inhabit our own style.

3:30 – 4:45 PM | Private Styling Salon

An exclusive styling experience led by cabi stylist Joan Brock, focusing on silhouette and texture as a language of self-expression. This is about intentional embodiment rather than following trends, showing how small shifts in fit and tone can transform your energy.

4:30 – 6:15 PM | The Dance Experience

Light bites followed by an introduction to Salsa and Bachata with Laura, who will be overseeing the dance lesson and setting the tone for joyful, grounded movement. The focus is on the rhythm of connection and the joy of expression in a supportive environment.

6:15 – 7:30 PM | Integration Mixer

We close with an optional Latin-beat dance party hosted by Laura, with soft lighting and an atmosphere designed for mingling. It's a time to connect, celebrate, and integrate the day's experiences through movement and relational elegance.
